Three Forks Water Reclamation Facility and Northlands Water Reclamation Facility Membrane Package Pre-Selection

The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed proposals for:

Three Forks WRF and Northlands WRF - Membrane Package Pre-Selection

Project No. PRJ000259 and Project No. PRJ000370

Proposal Request No. 202620

Contract No. 26-126-CIP

The project scope of work consists of detailed information for a full membrane package for the Membrane Bioreactor processes at the new City of Georgetown Three Forks Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) and Northlands WRF that includes the following:

1. Furnish a guaranteed price for membrane system equipment as defined in the technical

specifications.

2. Provide delegated design services during the design phase to develop shop drawings for

membrane system equipment and assist design Engineer in developing the overall facility

design.

3. Coordinate with the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Contractor during

construction and startup of the membrane system.

4. Conduct membrane system integration, start-up and testing services.

5. Other work items as presented in the specifications.

Proposals may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before April 9, 20 26 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed proposals may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
