Bid Solicitation - Three (3) Athletic Courts Fence Replacement

Wicomico County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to contract for the replacement of

fencing around three (3) athletic courts, in conformity with the requirements contained herein

Bid Documents.

Bid Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Wicomico County

Purchasing Department by e-mailing the Purchasing Department at

purchasing@wicomicocounty.org or by calling 410-548-4805 during normal business hours, or

via the County’s Bids page on the County’s website. Vendors are responsible for checking this

website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Wicomico County is not responsible for the

content of any Bid Document received through any third party bid service. It is the sole

responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Bid

Documents.

A Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at the allotted times and sites:

1. 9:30 a.m. - Nick Meyer Park, 201 West Fairfield Dr. Salisbury MD, 21804.

2. 10:30 a.m. - Indian Village Park, 903 Manoa Blvd, Salisbury Md 21801.

3. 11:30 a.m. - San Domingo Park, 25554 Elzey Brown Loop, Mardela Springs MD, 21837.

The last day for questions is noon on Thursday, February 8, 2024. Sealed bid documents will be

received until 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 15, 2024 and will be opened and read aloud in the

Purchasing Department located at 125 N. Division Street, Government Office Building Room

B-3, Salisbury, MD 21801.

Late Bid Documents will not be accepted.
