117 Thornberry Lane Site Improvements Project

Project Description: Online bids will be received by Brier Crest Woods, Monroe County, PA for the 117 Thornberry Lane Site Improvements Project until 1:00 p.m. (prevailing time) on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond and Labor and Material Bond in an amount of 100% of the contract amount. A Certificate of Insurance, showing proof of Workers Compensation Coverage, must also be submitted.
The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.
Brier Crest Woods reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities, or take such other action that may deem to be in the best interest of the Owner and as may be permitted by law.
Bids may be held by the Owner for a period of 45 days from date of Bid opening for the purpose of reviewing Bids and investigating qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding Contract.
All questions concerning the bid documents or the project in general should be submitted through PennBid no later than 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
