Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed bids for construction of a single story approximately 7,327 sq. ft. 2-bay fire station building at 10508 Main Street, Thonotosassa, FL. The site includes associated on-site and off-site improvements such as access drives, parking lot, dumpster enclosure, sign, flagpole, landscaping, irrigation, storm drainage system, sidewalks, fences, and all necessary on-site & off-site utilities, plus back-up power generator, and a fire sprinkler system (NFPA 13 system).
This project's estimate is $6,533,457
DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 17% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors.
