The Bay County Board of County Commissioners seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide street lighting materials for the replacement of 15 street light poles, 9 wall packs, and 37 LED Street Light Heads. Street Lights shall be Streetwork GAN Galleon LED Flood GAN-AF-04-LED-U-T3R-AP-ADJS-1200. Street Light Poles shall be Hapco 45’ Aluminum Poles with Tenon Top 715101-4514000 140 mph W/3 sec gust. Wall packs shall be Paraflex 84w LED Wall-Pak DC200-84W-4000K-GRY/RAL7038. Materials will be delivered to Bay County Traffic Engineering 4740 Fire Tower Road, Panama, City, FL 32404. Shipping cost shall be included in total bid price.

The project may be reimbursed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of Disaster Recovery from Hurricane Michael FEMA Project No. DR-4399. It is imperative that Respondents examine and become familiar with the Public Assistance Program established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM) and FEMA. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements shown at Exhibit 4. A third party consultant may be utilized to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services to ensure compliance with Federal Requirements.

SEALED BIDS for ITB NO: 20-09 Thomas Drive Street Lighting Materials will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, FL 32401 up until 2:00 pm (CST) Tuesday, November 19, 2019. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. Each bid shall be valid to Bay County for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening.
