Note: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday May 29, 2026, beginning at 09:00 at CDOT Headquarters (2829 W. Howard Pl. Denver, CO 80204) in Room 159. In-person attendees should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time. Bids will be accepted only from pre-qualified bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
