A mandatory on-site pre-bid conference will be held on April 23, 2026 beginning at 10am. Bids will only be accepted from pre-qualified bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Please contact Beaux Kemp ( beaux.kemp@state.co.us ) by 5pm on April 21, 2026, to confirm participation in the meeting. If weather is determined to be a concern for the on-site meeting, Beaux will send a link to a virtual meeting as an alternative. That link will only go to contractors who have confirmed participation by 5pm on Tuesday April 21, 2026.
