A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will be held via Google Meet at 10:00AM on October 14, 2025. Contractors planning to attend the mandatory virtual pre-bid conference shall contact Tony Marusiak at tony.marusiak@state.co.us by 5:00PM on October 13, 2025, for a link to the meeting. Bids will be accepted only from pre-qualified bidders who attend the mandatory virtual pre-bid conference.
