This project is located in Region 3 in Mesa County. Project work consists of reconstruction of I-70B (Pitkin Ave), I-70Z (Ute Ave), 4th Stree, and 5th Street in Grand Junction. Please contact Kaitlyn Clark at 970-683- 6351 for all project questions.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2025 beginning at 9AM in the Mesa conference room at the CDOT Grand Junction office at 606 South 9 ^th Street. Bids will be accepted only from pre-qualified bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
