To Repair YANMAR 55 DRIVE. SERVICE CUSTOMER OWNED YANMAR VIO 55-5B. SN: 56303. RAISE EXCAVATOR OFF OF GROUND AND CRIB UP MAINFRAME. LOOSEN TRACK TENSIONER & REMOVE TRACKS FROM UNDER CARRIAGE. REMOVE SPROCKETS. DRAIN HYDRAULIC OIL.
DISCONNECT DRIVE MOTOR HYDRAULIC LINES. FLUSH OUT HYDRAULIC TANK & HYDRAULIC HYDRAULIC LINES. UNBOLT WORN OUT DRIVE MOTOR FROM MAIN FRAME. INSTALL NEW DRIVE MOTOR ASSEMBLY. RECONNECT HYDRAULIC LINES. RE-INSTALL SPROCKETS. INSTALL NEW GEAR OIL IN DRIVE MOTOR ASSEMBLIES. INSTALL NEW HYDRAULIC FILTERS. INSTALL NEW HYDRAULIC OIL.
