Project Opinion of Probable Cost:
$120,000.00
The project includes all labor and materials to construct a new metal building, including foundation, erection, and overhead doors. Concrete flatwork, electrical, site work, and utilities will be performed separately. Work must be completed by
June 30, 2026

No electronic submissions will be accepted. Fully completed Bid Forms must be sealed, enclosed and addressed to the Board of Ashtabula County Commissioners, Attn: Lisa Hawkins, Clerk, at the above address, and clearly marked “Ashtabula County Fairgrounds Re-Bid for New Building Project.”
Bidders may submit proposals for one or more project categories. All work must conform to the Building Package already purchased, in accordance with the Building Package specifications attached as Exhibit B.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Concession Office, 127 North Elm St., Jefferson, OH 44047. Bidders may attend to hear project details and scope.
