Establish a pool of qualified third-party support providers that have expertise in energy code plan review and inspection for commercial and residential buildings. This RFQL is a component of NYSERDA’s ongoing efforts to enhance technical and online capacities in building energy codes within Authorities Having Jurisdictions (AHJs) in New York State. Qualified candidates are being sought for the following third-party support provider roles: Residential Plans Examiner; Residential Inspector; Commercial Plans Examiner-Prescriptive; Commercial Plans Examiner-Performance; and Commercial Inspector.
