Third Party Provision of Food Services

The Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, Business Enterprise Program (hereinafter, "GVRA", "the State Entity", or "BEP") is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in collaborating with GVRA BEP as a subcontractor supplier (hereinafter a "third-party" or "full-service provider"). BEP operates through the auspice of the Randolph Shepherd Act and is the State Licensing Agency (SLA) for Licensed Blind Vendors to operate statewide by priority within Federal facilities, by preference within State facilities, within municipalities (county), and privately owned companies. BEP trains blind vendors to set up and operate snack bars and vending operations.
