The Southwest Arkansas Workforce Development Board seeks proposals for third-party monitoring of WIOA Title I programs (PY24, with option PY25–PY28). Services include programmatic, fiscal, and One-Stop Operator monitoring, plus PY22–PY23 fiscal review.
