Summary

The City of Hialeah is seeking proposals for a fully bundled Workers' Compensation and Third-Party Liability Claims Administration program from qualified, licensed firms. The City intends to partner with a single Third-Party Administrator (TPA) that integrates claims adjusting, medical management, telephonic case management, and provider network access under a unified service model.
