Summary

The City of New Haven and the Board of Education (BOE) are issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure qualified third-party administrative services for the handling of Liability claims, including General Liability, Automobile Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Public Official Liability, School Board Legal Liability, and Employment Practices Liability. The selected provider will be responsible for the intake, investigation, evaluation, reserving, and resolution of claims in accordance with applicable laws, established claims handling standards, and City-specific protocols.
