Third Party Administrator for Interim Housing Damages

The City of Los Angeles, through the Mayor’s Office, seeks a qualified vendor to provide third party administration of requests made by interim housing sites to recover reimbursement of property damage related to the Inside Safe program, as well as third party administration of claims for other City initiatives as needed. To ensure timely handling of damage reimbursements and claims, the City requires a Contractor with expertise in adjusting, claims management, secure digital documentation, and data reporting. The Contractor will support the City’s commitment to efficiency, accountability, and fiscal responsibility in administering these damage reimbursement requests and claims, as needed.
