Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid No. B5-26: Third Avenue (CR-653)
Improvements, from High Street to Clements Bridge Road (CR-573), in the Borough of
Barrington and Borough of Haddon Heights, Camden County, New Jersey, will be
received, opened and read in public at the Camden County Department of Public Works
- Engineering Department - Charles J. DePalma Complex, 2311 Egg Harbor Road,
Lindenwold, NJ 08021 on, Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM prevailing time by the
Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee.
Copies of the bidding documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all
documents from the Camden County website:

Any questions regarding the scope of work must be made in writing to Mr. James
Winckowski, PE, CME, County Engineer, Charles J. DePalma Complex, 2311 Egg Harbor
Road, Lindenwold, NJ 08021 or by sending an email by Friday, April 24, 2026 at 12:00
PM to james.winckowski@camdencounty.com and kyle.ebersole@camdencounty.com
with the subject line "B5-26 Third Avenue" marked IMPORTANT. Any questions received
after this date and time will not be addressed.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27)
and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-
56.48 to 57), where applicable.
All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from the County at
the address listed above. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement,
as published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control.
