    To Whom It May Concern:
    Reference is made to the above-mentioned project. The following changes have been made:
    1. The General Note 3 on the Typical Sections stated that concrete driveways are to be
    saw cut for asphalt tie in. This note has been removed and driveways are to be
    handled as have been in the past for Thin Lift Pavement Preservation. Please remove
    the Typical Sections in the proposal and replace with the attached sheets.
    This sheet and attachments shall be made a part of the plans and bid documents and shall
    be submitted with the bid. Bids submitted without the addenda and attachments will be
    considered non-responsive.
