The United States Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Maryland intends to release a solicitation on or about 18 June 2026 on SAM.gov. It’s anticipated that this will be a full and open competition for brand name items. Subject requirement will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

The Government intends to award a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The basis for award is anticipated to use the Lowest-Priced-Technically Acceptable method. The version of the solicitation made available on SAM.gov shall include all documents of the solicitation package. Hard copy of the solicitation will not be issued.
