BRAND NAME: This acquisition is being conducted on a BRAND NAME basis with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) JOHNS MANVILLE CORPORATION, or Authorized Distributors per FAR 11.



Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) and Authorized Distributors may identify their interest and capability to respond to requirement or submit proposal/quotes prior to solicitation close date and time. AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter or documentation from OEM is required to be submitted with quotes,



Award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated
