This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, utilizing FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is to procure thermal night vision binoculars as defined in the Statement of Requirements.
