Therapy and Related Services

The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified consultants and/or firms that provide court-ordered therapy and other related services to both adults and children as legally appropriate.

The County anticipates making at least one contract award, and reserves the right to make multiple contract awards, if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. A contract award does not guarantee that any work will be provided during the term of the contract. A selected consultant (i.e., Contractor) will be issued a “as-needed” contract. When court orders are issued, the County will contact a Contractor to engage in providing specific services.

Upon request of the County, a Contractor shall administer any court-ordered therapy and other related services, in accordance with the appropriate Court order and the law.

Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet the requirements in this RFP, including complying with all the terms and conditions contained in this document.

B. OPTIONAL PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE

There will be an optional virtual pre-proposal conference at this date and time.
