NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 12 May 2025 for Theodolites and accessories for Naval Station Mayport FL. The solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order and will contain a required delivery that consists of 16 June 2026.
The requirement is for:
1.1 THEODOLITE (QTY 2)
-Angular Measurement- Accuracy Hz and V must be minimum of 1” accuracy.
-Angular measurement accuracy Hz and V is 1 seconds
-Laser Tracker – Must have ability to have laser dot for use in inclement weather.
-Telescope – Must magnify 30X or more and focus range of minimum of 6 ft to infinity.
-Color Display.
-Virtual GeoCom Manual (QTY 2) compatible with 1.1 Theodolite.
-Two keyboards (QTY 2) compatible with 1.1 Theodolite.
-Auto collimation eye piece- must be compatible to have auto collimating eyepiece for collimation (QTY 2) compatible with 1.1 Theodolite.
-Tribach with plummet (QTY 2) compatible with 1.1 Theodolite.
-Batteries (QTY 4) compatible with 1.1 Theodolite.
-Battery charger (QTY 1) compatible with 1.1 Theodolite.
-Mini tripod (QTY 1) compatible with 1.1 Theodolite.
1.2 THEODOLITE (QTY 3)
- Angular Measurement- Accuracy Hz and V must be minimum of 2” accuracy.
-Angular measurement accuracy HZ and V is 2 seconds.
- Laser Tracker – Must have ability to have laser dot for use in inclement weather.
-Telescope– Must magnify 30X or more and focus range of minimum of 6 ft to infinity.
-Black and white Display.
-Keyboard.(QTY 1) compatible with 1.2 Theodolite.
-Auto collimation eye piece- must be compatible to have auto collimating eyepiece for collimation (QTY 3) compatible with 1.2 Theodolite.
-Tribach with plummet (QTY 3) compatible with 1.2 Theodolite.
-Batteries (QTY 6) compatible with 1.2 Theodolite.
-Battery Charger Bank (QTY 1) compatible with 1.2 Theodolite.
-Mini tripod (QTY 1) compatible with 1.2 Theodolite.

The RFQ will be available on or about 12 May 2025 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use Contract Opportunities to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and any attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov registration is mandatory. ONLY email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable.
