Theater Ticketing System

The Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools Division is soliciting proposals to identify and select a comprehensive cloud-based theater ticketing system. This system should enhance the efficiency of ticket sales, reservations, and customer management for school theater productions while ensuring a user-friendly experience for both patrons and staff. We invite proposals from qualified vendors with the demonstrated capabilities to deliver a solution that effectively meets the needs of the Division and our community, in strict accordance with the specified terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP.
