The Woodlands Single Family Dwelling Unit Equivalents Audit and 2026 Land Use Planning

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS, RFQ 24-0042-A

The San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) is requesting statement of qualifications to contract with Professional Engineering Consultant(s) (“Consultant”), which must be a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity registered to do business in the State of Texas with considerable experience in providing water and wastewater planning, modeling and GIS services as it relates to land use, capacity accounting (purchased, constructed, available), and infrastructure capacity analysis in order to perform an audit of single family dwelling unit equivalents (SFDUEs) in The Woodlands (in Montgomery County) and update the 2026 Land Use Planning for the next five years (through 2031).

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicits information that will enable SJRA to select one or more Consultant(s) that shall provide professional services for water and wastewater planning, modeling and GIS services for The Woodlands SFUE Audit and 2026 Land Use Planning Study.
