UW Facilities, Project Delivery Group, will be issuing an Advertisement for Bids on approximately February 11, 2025 for the 207852 UWMC NW A-wing Floor 4-5 Renovation project. The project scope includes architectural, mechanical, electrical scope with an approximately project value of $17,500,000.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meetings will be held February 20, 2025 at 9:00 am and February 21, 2025 at 9:00 am.
