Request for Quotes
The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a Supplier to supply and delivery of rail sand for Calgary Transit on an as required basis.
This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
The Agreement will for for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed, for four (4) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of nine (9) years.
