The Sale of 3 Sheriff's Office Trucks

BID NOTICE

Garland County will be taking sealed bids on three retired GCSO trucks 2) 2019 Ram 1500 crew cabs and 1) 2016 Ram 1500 crew cab 4x4. These are fully equipped trucks for Law Enforcement, Fire Departments and EMS providers. Inspection is available by appointment on Friday, February 13, 2026, call 501-622-3602. Bids will be opened on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 10 am.

The bid form will be accepted by the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“Please Note:  We do not accept bids by fax or email.  They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered.

Bid forms, can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.  Only sealed bids will be accepted.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or a portion thereof.
