The Peak Complex - Phase IV Construction (Pre-Solicitation Notice)

Project Description: This posting is a pre-solicitation notice only; no response is presently requested. The scope of work provided herein is a draft of a solicitation Tooele County intends to issue in the coming weeks. Interested vendors may submit questions which will be addressed when the subsequent solicitation is issued.
Subsequent solicitation will be posted on the U3P site, utah.bonfirehub.com, under the ID: DF26-21. You may signal your interest by emailing Daniel Folks at daniel.folks@tooeleco.gov to receive a courtesy notification when the solicitation is posted.
The forthcoming solicitation will include construction of Phase IV of The Peak Sports and Entertainment Complex, which expands the Complex’s recreational and event infrastructure and includes the development of additional athletic facilities, supporting amenities, equestrian infrastructure, parking, roadway access, trail connectivity, and a future RV park area, all consistent with the adopted Master Plan.
