The Ohio Department of Health 59093 Public Health Laboratory SFY26-Vitek MS Prime-Microbiology ODH RFP

The Ohio Department pof Health Public Health Laboratory is requesting bids for the purchase an dinstalation of VITEK MS PRIME ;  a mass spectrometry-based system using MALDI-TOF technology for rapid identification of bacteria and fungi from human specimens, enhancing lab workflow through a high-capacity, continuous "load & go" system that accepts up to 16 slides for automated sample processing with on-demand unloading and urgent sample prioritization. Key features include automated fine-tuning to maximize uptime, a comprehensive, updated database, sample traceability via barcode scanning, and robust, durable components for increased reliability and productivity.
The quote includes a service package that include yearly PM and maintenance/repairs.

Freight charges should be rolled into teh pricing structor and NOT on an adition al line item.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC00000 34304. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ODH RFP #SRC00000 34304 /DOH 59093 - Technical Proposal” and "ODH RFP #SRC00000 34304 /DOH 59093 - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
