The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, BUMED/FM&C Directorate intends to procure via sole-source acquisition, multiple parts to repair the Stroking Seat Mechanisms and Exterior Cockpit Panels at the Aviation Survival Training Center Patuxent River (ASTC PAX). It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under FAR Part 12 procedures and to ultimately award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order on a sole-source basis to Survival Systems USA, Inc. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 811310 and a size standard of $12,500,000, respectively.
This notice of intent is not a request for quotes – A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
