The meeting will start at GRDA Administrative Center (AC) 8624 HWY 412B, Chouteau, OK 74337, then to three other locations, Energy Control Center (ECC), Locust Grove, OK, Ecosystems & Education Center (ECO), Langley, OK, Engineering and Technology Center (ETC) in Tulsa, OK.
