- Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Staff Transportation Services as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). Services shall include, but are not limited to, the provision of Bus Services, Mini Van/Full-Size SUV Services, and a dedicated Full-Size SUV for the Foreign Service Officer (FSO).

The Contractor shall be fully responsible for all aspects of transportation operations, including the provision and management of shuttle bus operators (drivers) and chauffeurs; administration, quality control, financial oversight, and subcontractor management; recordkeeping and reporting of operations; vehicle procurement, insurance, registration, and licensing; preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet; fueling, cleaning, and inspections of vehicles; and compliance with all Kuwait safety, inspection, and regulatory requirements.
