Project Description: Ada County, a duly formed and existing county pursuant to the laws and Constitution of the State of Idaho (hereinafter “Ada County”), will hold a public auction for the lease of certain real property and affixed buildings located at Expo Idaho (the “Lease”), comprising approximately 27 acres, and depicted generally in Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Property”).
