Heartland Materials Management Planning Committee Invites you to submit your proposal for the development of a comprehensive Materials Management Plan.
To be considered, eight copies of your proposal must be received by Isabella County Material Recovery Facility (ICMRF) Office at 4208 E. River Rd., Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 no later than 3:00PM December 1, 2025. In addition a PDF copy should be emailed to Jake Borton, jborton@isabellacounty.org, and Charity Sweet, csweet@isabellacounty.org.
