The Creek - Mill Creek Park (Pool Building and Splashpad Improvements)

Project Description: The project scope of work includes demolition of a park restroom and partial removal of existing bathhouse with associated infrastructure removal. Provide construction of a new bathhouse and splashpad including associated walkways and infrastructure. Construction plans, specifications, material designations, Olathe codes compliance and permitting, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Warranty Information and “As-Builts” of finished improvements are required.
Pre-Bid Conference: Contractors wishing to bid on this work are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting on June 9, 2026 at 10 a.m. local time at Olathe Parks Operations Facility, 1908 W Ironwood St, Olathe, KS 66061. A site tour will follow.
