• Under this RFA , the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking Bids from vendors with expertise in the supply and delivery of wine and meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, WINE SUPPLIERS FOR VANCOUVER CIVIC THEATRES AND VANCOUVER BOARD OF PARKS AND RECREATION Scope of Work . Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFA in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFA .
• Term of the contract is a three-year period.

The RFA will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
•
Bids/Expressions of Interest may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
