The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority will receive sealed bids for Parkade Ramp repairs

The Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority will receive sealed bids for Parkade Ramp repairs. Bids will be received in the offices of the City Administrator until 3:00pm local time March 5, 2025.  Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at 4:00pm local time on March 5, 2025, at the City/County Building, 221 North 5 ^th Street, in the Mayor’s Conference Room on 4 ^th Floor.

Proposals must be mailed to the City Administrator (PO Box 5503, Bismarck, ND 58506-5503) or deposited with the City Administrator (221 North 5 ^th St., Bismarck, ND 58501) and shall be sealed and endorsed “Bismarck Parkade Ramp Limited 2025 Maintenance Repairs”.

A pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, February 20, 2025 @ 10:00 AM.  Please meet at the Parking Authority Office - Parkade office, located at 114 N. 6th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.

The right is reserved to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days, to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the Bismarck Municipal Parking Authority.
