Description
The Arts Center of Greenwood is requesting bids for roof replacement and an overall building envelope restoration. The requested scope of work includes the replacement of its existing slate roof system; the replacement of its existing low slope roof system; the replacement of the built-in gutter system; cupola repairs; masorny repairs at exterior elevations; and wood rot and painting at exterior elevations.
