The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to provide functional and breakout rooms, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This offsite gathering of senior leadership is crucial for collaboration, planning future activities, and achieving objectives of the organization.
