INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Concord, acting through the Town Manager’s Office, will receive electronic bids via CPW’s contracted bidding service, Projectdog for BID # 25-3003 250th TREE PLANTING SERVICES until 2:00PM on Thursday November 14 ^th , 2024, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud.

This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All bids shall be submitted online at www.Projectdog.com . The Awarding Authority will not accept hard copy bids. Tutorials and instructions are available online at www.Projectdog.com. For assistance, contact Projectdog, Inc. at (978) 499-9014. Bid forms and contract documents are available online at www.Projectdog.com beginning Wednesday, October 16 ^th , 2024, at 8:00am. Enter Project Code 864923 in the project locator box and select “Acquire Documents” to download documents. Alternatively, a free CD-ROM may be requested by contacting Projectdog – shipping & handling charges apply. All plan holders must have an active online account on www.Projectdog.com to acquire documents, receive project notifications, and to submit bids electronically. Any and all addenda shall be posted online at Projectdog.com. Each individual or firm recorded as having received the contract documents will be notified by email if addenda are issued. Hard copies of addenda will not be mailed or faxed to plan holders.

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to review all addenda prior to the bid opening online.
