THIS IS JUST A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH
This action is for HVAC repairs on the following buildings: B7429 and 7535 at the 37th TRW DLIELC. The project scope includes Repair multiple HVAC repairs for two Defense Language Institute English Language Center (DLIELC) technical training facilities. Facility repairs are compatible with applicable DoD, Air Force, and JBSA-Lackland design standards and include energy upgrades to meet Executive Order 13834. Replacement of deteriorated HVAC systems, and connection with Lackland EMCS controls systems will provide a much-needed HVAC reliability, reduction in operation cost and temporary air conditioning system rental costs, and aid in diagnosing operating anomalies.
In accordance with FAR Part 36.204, the magnitude of construction for this project is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
Estimated duration of the project is 400 calendar days. NOTE: The project duration in the actual solicitation could increase or decrease.
Project Location: Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Lackland, Texas.
