A selected Artist will receive a commission to design, fabricate, and install a multi-element public artwork in the median of the Highway 3 underpass on 13th Street, one of the four major roadways linking north and south Lethbridge. The artwork is intended to bring interest and vibrancy into a space that has as a reputation of being more utilitarian than inviting.
