The City of Clermont is seeking a qualified contractor to stabilize approximately 700 linear feet of eroded shoreline/slope along the lakeside of the South Lake Trail / Lake Apopka Trail corridor adjacent to 12th Street near West Beach / Lake Minneola Drive. The performance-based project includes field verification, permitting, design, and installation of an appropriate stabilization system, erosion control, fill, sod, restoration, and cleanup to protect the adjacent trail, shoreline, and public infrastructure. The estimated value of this project is $100,000.
