Sarasota County is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested local, regional or national food services operators/chains to provide concession services within the 17th Street Regional Park to include food and beverage.

The contract term is subject to negotiation; however, similar concession contracts typically have an initial contract term of five (5) years, with an option for renewal.

Background

The 17th Street Regional Park (Park) is a new facility that is part of the North County Athletic Facilities Master Plan and expected to open in Fall 2026. The Park is located at 4730 17th St., Sarasota, FL 34235.
