Interested bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit scheduled on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Public Works Administration Building located at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5960_5Th_Street_Reconstruction_Project Deadline for inquiries is 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Monday, May 18, 2026, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.
