INVITATION FOR BIDS

11 ^th STREET PARKING LOT

(26-109)

The City of Lockport will receive sealed bids for Pavement removal, Concrete Curb and/or Gutter removal and installation, brick pavement installation, HMA Paving, PCC Sidewalk installation, Signage and Pavement Marking, retaining wall installation, underground storm, sanitary, and electric utility installation, lighting improvements, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents for the 11 ^th Street Parking Lot (26-109). Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the Plan, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Details of this document.

Prequalification: Prequalification by IDOT will be required of all contractors and subcontractors on this project in the respective discipline(s) they will be responsible for constructing.

Obtaining Bid Documents: The Bidding Documents can be downloaded from QuestCDN at www.questcdn.com under Login using QuestCDN #10286443 for a non-refundable charge of $22.00. A hard copy of the plans may also be viewed at V3’s office located at 7325 Janes Avenue, Woodridge, IL 60517. Contractors must purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidder’s Plan Holder List in order to bid. Bids received from contractors who are not in the Bidder’s Plan holder List will be rejected.

Bids will be received until Friday, August 7, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. local time, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. The bid opening will be held at the City of Lockport City Hall, third floor, City Clerk’s Office, 222 E. 9 ^th Street, Lockport, IL 60441. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Lockport, City Clerk, 222 E. 9 ^th Street, Lockport, IL 60441 and marked to indicate the following:
