Project Description: The Borough of Pennsburg is performing roadway and infrastructure improvements to 11th Street. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to: pavement mill and overlay resurfacing with partial depth base repair where needed, installation of storm sewer piping and storm structures, replacement of curb and sidewalk, ADA curb ramp construction, new pavement markings, and sign installation. The scope of work is more fully described in the Project Specifications herein and on the Project Plans.
