The Scope of Work includes removal of existing structures, clearing and grubbing, excavation, constructing modular block retaining wall, construction of approximately 3426 linear feet of roadway, 3,208 linear feet of 12-inch diameter PVC water main with service lines, gate valves, and fire hydrants, storm sewer piping, curb inlets, junction boxes and end sections, rip-rap, sidewalk construction and ADA ramps, street lights, and fencing. The roadway will extend from an existing residential neighborhood southward to SW Wyatt Road.Â
